Shipping policy

At Nora Collection, many of our products are offered as pre-orders mainly, due to being a small business just starting out with limited opportunity. Please read the details below to better understand our shipping process.

Pre-made Shipping Timeline

  • These are hand-made or in-stock products that are ready to ship. Please allow 5–7 business days for order preparation and packaging. This timeframe does not include the shipping duration after the package is dropped off at the post office.

Pre-Order Production & Shipping Timeline

  • Pre-order items require 4–6 weeks for production before they are shipped.
  • Please note that carrier shipping times do not correlate with production times. The 4–6 week timeframe applies to production, and shipping will begin only once your order is ready.

Shipping Notifications

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an official notification email from officialnoracollection@gmail.com. This will serve as a certified confirmation that your order is on its way.
  • Please ensure that our email address is added to your safe senders list so you do not miss your shipping notification.

Order Updates

  • We understand the excitement and anticipation around pre-orders, so we will keep customers updated frequently on progress through our official Instagram account (@nora.coliection).
  • Updates may include production progress, shipping batch announcements, and other important information.

Additional Notes

  • Standard shipping times apply once the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their package has shipped.
