All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.
If this happens, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at officialnoracollection@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
